Flexible career pathways that provide expanded range of care needs
Mental health and wellbeing
Engaging and supporting new entrants to practice
Creating environments that support diversity and empowerment among nursing community
Streamline patient access to nursing care in underserved communities
Track 3: Driving Administrative Efficiency in Nurse-led Care Delivery
Streamline and optimize non-clinical tasks that allow nurses the opportunity for top of license practice
Identify methods to monitor, measure and report upon value derived from nursing care
Determine ways that enable nurses to spend more time on value-added care delivery
Explore efforts to control costs and maximize reimbursement related to nursing care
Track 2: Education, Upskilling, Professional Development
Addressing needs to improve competence and confidence in practice
Novel methods to prepare and invest in nurses
Incorporating innovation, leadership and other knowledge into academic curricula and lifelong learning
New practice models
Identify and optimize nursing use and participation in emerging areas of healthcare access and delivery (telehealth)
Explore Nurse Practitioner opportunities to expand access to care
Track 4: Open Track
